Princess Wenonah and Islander
Private Charter Information for the 2008 Season

We schedule private charters most afternoons and evenings. A minimum 2 hour charter is required for daytime and weekday evening events. Friday and Saturday evening charters are available with a minimum three hour reservation. Additional hours available at a discounted rate.

Afternoon charters are generally scheduled between the hours of noon and 4 p.m., and evening charters are generally scheduled between the hours of 6 and 10 p.m. Charter rates vary with the vessel, day of week, time of day and length of charter. We regularly host weddings, receptions, class reunions, corporate parties, corporate presentation/programs and fundraisers. We reserve the right to limit the use of our vessels to charters deemed acceptable by management.

We are a licensed facility with soft drinks, beer, wine and mixed drinks available from our onboard bar. All bar supplies and bartenders are included in the drink price. Gratuity added to open bar tabs. We are licensed premise, and all beverages must be purchased and consumed on board. No beverages may leave the premises, nor may guests bring any food or beverage onboard the vessel.

Catering menus for onboard hors d'oeuvres, luncheon and dinner buffets available upon request. All catering is provided exclusively by contract with Bay City Boat Lines private service, a partnership with the Atrium Restaurant in downtown Bay City.

Plenty of power is also available and live musical groups are welcome to perform for your function. Banquet tables are available for rent (the first six tables are provided at no charge). Seating is provided at no charge on boat decks. Additional charge for setup of tables (except for buffet line) for dinner seating. The Princess Wenonah's recommended capacity is up to 200 guests. The Islander's recommended capacity is up to 100 guests. We reserve the right to limit party size based on the function type, setup required and other factors. Party of less than 100 persons are scheduled on the Islander. Parties over 100 persons may be scheduled on the Princess Wenonah.

Reservations are now being accepted for dates in 2008. Rates available upon request.
